List of WTC Riga tenantsOur offered premises are fully prepared for use after finished repair works. The space of rentable areas varies from 15 sq.m. till 360 sq.m. It is possible to rent office premises equiped with furniture. Office premises and the whole building will be gradually modernized in the future, thus creating additional comfort for our tenants as well as for clients and visitors.
You will not have to worry about price and payment term for public utilities, while these expenses are already included in the fixed rent per month. Building at 2 Elizabetes Street, Riga is provided with security and identification cards system as well. Being our tenant you will not have to worry about car parking since a special parking place is provided free of charge. Rent payment includes also minimal technical services (carpenter, electrician, plumber, telephonist) and delivery of mail to the tenants office as well. Once a month as a tenant you have an opportunity to use small meeting room free of charge and other meeting rooms and the conference hall under preferential conditions.
In addition, there are the following services available for our tenants:
- document copying,
- mail delivery,
- fax sending,
- cargo transportation within building.
